Skyping Nathan's Grandma and Grandpa

On November 14 we skyped my Grandma and Grandpa.  I asked 'What stuff do you have in California'?  They said they have famous mine called the Empire Mine which is the oldest and richest goldmine in California.  Brayden asked 'Does your money look different?'.  They said it is same as money North Carolina.  They told us that Sacramento is the captial of California.  Someone asked about earthquakes in California.  They said the last big earthquake was in 1989.  Ryan said his dad was living in California when the earthquake hit.

We all learned a lot about California.  At the end we sang 'Haere mai' and the color song from New Zealand.
